In the autumn of this year, we managed to obtain a building permit and now nothing prevents us from building a new warehouse with administrative facilities for the region of Moravia in Otrokovice on the outskirts of Zlín. We have a lot of work ahead of us, but I believe that in the third quarter of 2025 we will be able to complete the construction and move from the current warehouse in Kroměříž.
