The American global investor KPS Capital bought INEOS Composites division from INEOS this year (2025) and with this step we become the distributor of the newly created brand for this division, namely ALTA Performance Materials. The production plants and product lines remain exactly the same and are traded under the same name, so nothing changes for customers. We are pleased to have become part of such a significant group and look forward to a successful cooperation.
